+ What are my transport/parking options?

Parking On Site

• Parking is available in Wellington’s Town Center at 12300 Forest Hill Boulevard. Follow on-site signage for overflow parking. , to help reduce traffic congestion and avoid delays.

Free Shuttle Service

• Parking is limited. Wellington Classic Brew Fest guests are encouraged to use the free shuttle service from the Mall at Wellington Green. Shuttles will begin running at 1:30 p.m. and will run continuously to and from the event. The last shuttle will depart at 6:15 p.m.

Uber / Lyft / Rideshare

• Guests using a ride share service such as Uber or Lyft are asked to use the designated Uber / Lyft drop-off and pickup area, located in front of Wellington’s Village Hall (12300 Forest Hill Boulevard), to help reduce traffic congestion and avoid delays.

+ What can I bring to the event?

• Can: Bottled Water, Pretzel Necklace, and Sun Screen.
• Can’t: Cans, Bottles, Firearms, Lawn Chairs, Pets (with the exception of service animals), and Coolers.

+ Can I buy tickets at the event?

• Ticket availability on the day of the event is not guaranteed, as quantities are limited and the event may sell out. If you wish to attend the event, we recommend purchasing your tickets in advance.

+ What is the refund policy?

• This event is rain or shine. Tickets are non-refundable.

+ Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

• Yes. Transfer of tickets can be done through Eventbrite.

+ Can I update my registration information?

• Yes. You can update your registration information through your Eventbrite profile.

+ Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

• Yes. Please note that all attendees must be 21 or older to attend, and will be required to provide ID proof of age to enter the event.
